We provide meeting facilitation and public consultation facilitation in Toronto, across Ontario, and throughout Canada (and virtually anywhere in the world!) We engage a variety of skilled associates. The Monarch Park Group Inc. promises that facilitation services will be provided by well-trained facilitators who either have the Certified Professional Facilitator designation, or are working towards it and are mentored\/supervised by a CPF.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Karyn Dumble is an award-winning Certified Professional Facilitator \u2013 Master (CPF-M), and a well-respected facilitator of public consultations and stakeholder engagement. Toronto-based, Karyn regularly works with organizations located on both coasts of Canada and farther afield.<\/p>

She has focused her career on bringing people together to create strong teams and strong communities. Karyn crafts facilitation designs from the straightforward to the complex.<\/p>

Karyn\u00a0loves<\/em>\u00a0working in\u00a0high-heat situations and with diverse groups.<\/p>

She often works with groups who are experiencing tension related to change. Clients regularly comment on her calmness during sessions where participants present strong emotions.<\/p>

Over the past few years, Karyn has facilitated public consultations for Parks Canada, for Ontario\u2019s Dementia Strategy, Climate Change Plan, Poverty Reduction Strategy, and Police Carding.<\/p>

She has led strategic planning processes for National Research Council Canada, the University of Toronto Mississauga, 8 80 Cities, Rogers Communications, and many others. She has also worked on municipal projects, including Durham Region\u2019s Community Energy Plan.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

He also brings to his clients a deep understanding of the development of strategic plans, performance indicators, of risk management and of quality management.<\/p>

Jerry\u2019s clients include Community Care Access Centres, hospitals and government agencies.     Strategic Planning<\/span><\/span><\/h1>

    Our method is participatory and consensus-driven. It is best suited to organizations that include those who implement the plan in its creation. It works with the idea that, although it\u2019s not a top-down process, the top is informed of the planning work being undertaken throughout the organization.<\/p>

    We spend time identifying the desired reality for the organization and what the obstacles are to that reality. Participants are enabled to craft strategies to address the obstacles. Through every step of the process, we seek to find the underlying information that connects the data.
